Rent

Paying rent is easy.  All tenants are required to pay via electronic funds transfer or direct debit each fortnight, leaving you more time to enjoy your new home.

Routine Inspections

Inspections are conducted on a regular basis, so we can let the landlord know how their investment is going and to ensure you are enjoying your home.  Generally, frequency of inspections  are made according to the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and may include inspections during the first and last months of the tenancy agreement, in additon to every 3 months.

Maintenance / Repairs

For any emergency repairs (major leaks, gas or power outages, flooding etc) please call SA Property Management immediately on 8321-9002.

All non-urgent maintenance must be received in writing to our office.  Please use the maintenance form attached.
